Brave Group is on the lookout for a seasoned and strategic Group Account Director to lead the day-to-day and long-term management of three high-profile clients — African Bank, Eskom, and Castrol.
As Group Account Director, you will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams across strategy, creative, production, media, and client service. Your core mission will be to ensure operational excellence, strategic clarity, and creative integrity in all client deliverables, while fostering enduring relationships with clients and driving agency growth.
You will act as the central point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless project execution, exceptional service delivery, and forward-thinking solutions that meet both brand and business objectives. Additionally, you will coach, mentor, and develop your account team, contributing to a culture of performance, innovation, and collaboration.
Minimum Requirements
This senior role requires a dynamic individual with a strong track record in advertising, client management, and team leadership. You will play a pivotal role in driving creative excellence, campaign execution, financial oversight, and client satisfaction — while inspiring multidisciplinary teams across strategy, production, media, and creative.
