Job profile: Integrated Business Unit Director

The Business Unit Director will lead and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and maintaining strong relationships, and profitable accounts.

This role requires a strategic leader who can oversee an executional team, drive business growth, and ensure client satisfaction. The BUD will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that align with the agency’s goals, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

This role is pivotal in fostering a collaborative and creative environment, where cross-functional teams work together to produce integrated campaigns that effectively communicate the client’s brand message across multiple channels.

The Integrated Business Unit Director will also play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, ensuring the long-term success and profitability of the agency.
