Challenge
Nedbank sought to promote their Premium Banking CVP and enhance brand engagement among the youth at the Hey Neighbour festival. The goal was to create a social media content strategy that would drive conversions by highlighting the benefits of Nedbank’s services and the festival competition mechanism.

On-the-Ground Activation: Created an engaging on-site experience with a makeup area, charging stations, and a hydration station.

Digital Paid Media Management: Ran campaigns across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok in partnership with The Media Shop.
Campaign Optimisation: Utilised best-performing creatives and channels for maximum impact, in partnership with The Media Shop.
Goal
The primary goal was to drive conversions and enhance brand engagement by educating festivalgoers about the benefits and transactional services of Nedbank Premium Banking CVP, leveraging the Hey Neighbour festival competition mechanism.
Result
Social Media Campaigns: Achieved over 8 million impressions and 251,979 clicks with an actual CTR of 3.10%.
On-Site Engagement: The hydration station and charging stations were highly popular, facilitating numerous interactions about Nedbank’s offerings.
