Job profile: Senior Account Manager

The Senior Account Manager serves as a strategic leader and primary liaison between the agency and its clients, ensuring the seamless execution of TTL advertising campaigns and the achievement of client business objectives.

This role is pivotal in driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth by delivering high-quality service, maintaining strong client relationships, profitability and ensuring that all campaigns align with the client’s brand vision and goals.

By leveraging their deep industry knowledge, strategic insight, and exceptional communication skills, the Senior Account Manager will foster trust and collaboration between internal teams and clients, ultimately contributing to the agency’s reputation and success.
